2000 px wide and up for raster art (photos, scans). Lower-res can still work for stylized prints, we'll tell you if it won't.

SVG, AI, EPS, or vector PDF for any logo or text. Vectors print crisp at any size, way better than a low-res screenshot of a logo.

It's the better route for PDFs, vector logos, or photos that need cleanup first, since the designer takes JPG, PNG, WebP, and HEIC only.
