Effective: January 2026 · Owner: Freedom Headliners, LLC

We respect your privacy. This page explains what we collect when you visit freedomheadliners.com or order from us, how we use it, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, email taylor@freedomheadliners.com and we'll explain in plain English.

What we collect

Order information: name, email, phone (if provided), shipping address, Jeep model and year, the design you ordered, and your custom artwork or photos if you upload one. Payment information is collected and processed by Shopify — we never see your card number.

Site analytics: page views, device type, country, and the page that referred you. We use this to understand which products are working and which pages are slow.

Communications: messages you send via email, Instagram, or TikTok DM, plus our replies.

How we use it

To produce your headliner, send your mockups, ship your order, answer your questions, and tell you when something has shipped. We do not sell your information. We do not share your address or contact details with third parties beyond what's needed to fulfill the order (Shopify, the payment processor, the shipping carrier).

Custom uploads

When you upload a photo, logo, or artwork for a custom order, we use it only to create your mockup and print your panels. We don't post your custom art publicly without permission. Occasionally we'll ask if we can share a finished install on social — that's an opt-in.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete your contact info at any time, request a copy of what we have on file, or unsubscribe from any list. Email taylor@freedomheadliners.com and we'll handle it directly — no portal, no forms.

Cookies

The site sets functional cookies for navigation and analytics cookies for traffic measurement. No advertising trackers or third-party retargeting pixels are loaded on this site. Your browser settings control cookie behavior; the site degrades cleanly with cookies disabled.

Changes

We update this page if our practices change. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes go in the email newsletter and on social before they take effect.
