Can the discount stack with sales?
No. The 15% rate replaces any active store-wide sale rather than adding to it. If the sitewide sale is higher than 15%, the sale price wins automatically at checkout. If 15% is the better rate, use your code instead.
Does the discount cover custom uploads?
Yes. The 15% rate applies to every product in the catalog plus custom-uploaded artwork. The only exclusions are gift cards and shipping charges.
What documentation works for first responders?
A current fire, police, or EMS ID card paired with a letter on department letterhead confirming active status. Retired first responders qualify with a retirement-status letter from the department or pension authority.
