By placing an order with Freedom Headliners you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose. We're a small studio, not a corporation hiding behind paragraphs. If you have questions, email us and we'll work it out.
Orders & payment
Orders are placed and paid through our Shopify storefront or via a custom-order invoice that links to Shopify checkout. Pricing in USD. Payment is captured at checkout; production starts after the mockup is approved.
Custom artwork
When you submit an image, logo, or artwork for a custom panel, you promise three things: you own it or have the right to use it; printing it on a headliner panel breaks no law and no one else's rights; and you will cover Freedom Headliners for any claim, demand, or cost (including reasonable legal fees) that comes from your artwork being printed to fill your order. If a rights-holder contacts us about something you submitted, that one is on you, not us.
We will not knowingly print material that belongs to someone else: another artist's work, brand logos, team marks, or licensed characters you do not have permission to use. If something looks off, we will ask before we print, and we can turn down any artwork for any reason. If we turn a job down, we refund anything you paid for it. That refund is the full extent of what we owe you in that case.
The artwork you submit stays yours. So we can make your mockups and print your order, you give Freedom Headliners a limited, non-exclusive license to store, copy, resize, crop, and adjust your artwork. We use that license only for your order. We do not sell your artwork, license it to anyone else, or print it for another customer.
Production & shipping
Mockups land within 24 hours of submission. After approval and payment, panels print and ship in 5 to 7 business days. Orders over $250 ship free. Shipping times after dispatch depend on the carrier. We use trackable services and email tracking when the order leaves the shop.
Returns & remakes
What you can do depends on whose art is on the panel.
Our designs. Order one of our catalog designs and you get a 14-day money-back guarantee. If it lands and you're not happy with it, email taylor@freedomheadliners.com within 14 days of delivery, send it back, and we refund the panel.
Your art. When you upload your own image, logo, or photo, we print that exact file to your Jeep, so it doesn't fit anyone else and we can't resell it. There's no refund on a custom-uploaded panel. What you do get: if you're not fully happy with how it came out, email a photo to taylor@freedomheadliners.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll remake it once, on us.
Either way, if a panel shows up damaged, mis-cut, or different from the proof you approved, that's on us. Send a photo within 14 days and a replacement goes out.
Fitment
We cut panels for the Jeep model and year you provide. If you select the wrong model at checkout, we'll do our best to catch it before printing. After production, mis-fit due to a model-selection mistake on your end is not covered by the remake policy. Double check the model on the mockup proof.
Damage from misuse
The PVC + UV-print combination is durable but not bulletproof. Aggressive scrubbing, solvents, or extreme heat will damage the print. Normal Jeep use — sun, rain, mud, top-off seasons — is what these are built for and will not void anything.
Site content
Photos, copy, and design on freedomheadliners.com are owned by Freedom Headliners, LLC. The owner stories and customer photos are shared with permission. Don't lift product photos for resale or scraped catalogs.
Liability
Freedom Headliners panels are interior decorative inserts and don't affect the structural function of your Jeep's hardtop or Freedom Panels. Install at your own risk. We're not liable for damage caused by improper installation, third-party modifications, or misuse.
Whatever the issue, our total responsibility for any order is capped at what you paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect or knock-on losses, such as lost time, lost profit, or vehicle downtime, even if you told us they might happen. Some states do not allow these limits, so part of this may not apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute is handled in the state or federal courts located in California, and you agree to that venue.
Changes
We update these terms occasionally. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the current version. If something changes that affects an active order, we'll email you directly.
Trademarks
Jeep, Wrangler, and Gladiator are registered trademarks of FCA US LLC (Stellantis). Freedom Headliners is an independent company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Jeep or Stellantis. We use those names only to tell you which vehicle a panel fits.
